2nd Colloquium Latin America
The presentations will be varied and address different countries in the region, such as Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, and Mexico. Some sessions will be conducted in English and others in Spanish. This semester the colloquiumwill be online, and only the last session will be in person, in which we will have a small act of commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the military coup in Chile (1973). We will present the documentary "Adriana's Pact" and have a session of questions and comments with the director Lissette Orozco (location to be announced).

In the first online session (Spanish), our guest will be Ana Isabel Meneses Pardo, from University of Valle, Colombia, who will present her work entitled Aportes a la cultura para la paz desde el proceso educativo del pueblo indígena Misak en Colombia.
Ana Isabel is a sociologist with a Master's degree in Anthropology from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO). She is currently a doctoral candidate in Sociology at the Universidad del Valle, Colombia.
